Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Services (we refer to this information as “Log Data”). This Log Data includes time spent in our App, frequency of use, and other statistics about usage patterns. We use this information to administer the Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) this information to improve and enhance the Services. We utilize Google Analytics to collect Log Data on our behalf, and Google has its own privacy governing the use of Log Data collected via the Services, accessible at google.com/policies/privacy/.
We will not share any PII that we have collected from you except as described below:
We collect, analyze and store location and motion sensor data from your mobile device to track and categorize your daily activity and to provide you with real-time stats about these activities. For example, we analyze location points and motion data to determine whether you are engaging in activities such as walking, running, or cycling. We track your movement patterns and how long you are stationary at specific locations. We analyze these patterns to generate statistics about activities and present them to you via the Services. We do not share your individual location or activity information with third parties, without your explicit consent. We may, however, use anonymized, aggregated data to improve Acousfit as a whole. It helps us optimize our activity detection and measure the overall performance of the App. We might also use aggregated stats, which cannot be tied to individual users, to help you compare yourself to others.
We may engage third party service providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services. These third-party services providers have access to your PII only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf and are expressly obligated not to disclose or use your PII for any other purpose.
